Paid registrations canceled in writing at least 35 calendar days in advance of a class will receive a full refund, (less $50.00 service fee). Paid cancellation received in writing 34 to 7 calendar days before a class will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee (less a $50.00 service fee). There will be no refunds or credits on cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before a class is to begin. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to NPTI
Transfer to another course is permitted one time. Transfer requests must include the class which you are transferring. Substitutes may be sent with prior approval of NPTI. Substitutes must meet the requirements for education and experience. All requests for transfers and substitutes must be submitted in writing to NPTI.

NPTI courses begin at 8:00 am (Eastern Time) and conclude at 4:30 pm (Eastern Time). Some course schedules may vary based on content. There is a lunch break from approximately 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm and various breaks throughout the day. Note: Lunch is not provided. Refer to the Student Guide document for more information.
